Plan: |
Members
of the project team have identified the four top cardiovascular risk factors
for focused action: 1) high blood pressure; 2) cigarette smoking; 3) high
cholesterol; 4) physical inactivity. The team is examining each risk factor
in detail, seeking to determine several aspects of each, including: 1)
current community initiatives; 2) contributing barriers; 3) intervention/prevention
strategy; 4) major partners; 5) time line; 6) status; 7) responsible party. |
